I gave BeFrugal a try because I was hoping to get cashback on stores I already use, but the selection wasn’t great for me. A bunch of my go-to stores weren’t on there, and some of the ones that were listed just aren’t places I’d normally shop. Compared to other cashback sites, it feels limited. For me, it’s not really worth checking regularly if the stores I actually need aren’t included.

I had some cashback that didn’t show up at first, which was kind of annoying, but they fixed it for me quickly so yeah, all good now

I did get verified in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure what was happening during the wait, so I was kind of confused for a bit.

I use the befrugal app here and there for cash back, it does the job but it can feel slow on my phone. Some stores open and track without any issue, then others take forever or don’t show the cash back right away. My payout did come through eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s not a bad app, it just isn’t the smoothest or easiest one to use.

I referred a friend as instructed, but the bonus still hasn’t shown up in my account. I was expecting it to be processed by now, so it’s a bit frustrating. Hopefully this can be checked and sorted out soon.

BeFrugal is, uh, simple to use overall. The pages load fine, and I can usually find the stores I’m looking for quickly. Some of the menus do feel a little crowded though
